For us, no order is too big or too small for
compliance. However, in case of small orders,
the landed cost of the products is much
on the higher side because of the freight
rate structure. There are a few items such
as Scalpel Blades, not produced in small quantity. |

SHIPPING/FREIGHT CHARGES
The charges, based on the volume/weight of
a consignment, are calculated (and then quoted),
depending upon the specified requirement of
mode of shipment :Courier, Airfreight, Air
Post Parcel, Seafreight, Sea Post Parcel |

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Much depends upon the quantity required of the product/s.
However, the delivery schedule is invariably
intimated to the buyers, and then adhered
to strictly. |

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Prepayment:- The F.O.B., New Delhi prices are
discounted if the payment is sent at the
time of placing an order by means of a bank
draft/cheque, or TT through our bankers
whose particulars are provided beforehand.
Most of the
buyers prefer this mode of payment, involving
the minimum bank charges,
and benefiting from the discount offer.
Letter of Credit:-
In case of very big orders,
many buyers prefer to open a Letter of Credit
(at sight). However, the bank charges, payable
by the
customers, are generally very high in this
mode of payment.
CAD:- 25% of the total value
of the order is expected in advance. The
balance payment is payable against delivery
of the documents through the bankers of
the buyers who have to pay the bank charges
also. |
